Select it on the Plan & Billing page and the modules and seats it includes are added for you. If you add those same items yourself, the plan's discount still applies automatically, so you never miss out. The discount covers your whole monthly bill. Remove one of those items and you go back to a la carte pricing.
The Starter plan includes full quoting capabilities: DXF analysis, material estimates that show how much to order for each quote, simple weldment and assembly costing, customer management, nesting, the 3D STEP viewer, and cloud access from any device. It includes one seat. It is a complete quoting tool on its own, and many shops run on just the Starter plan.
Yes. Add a module anytime and it starts right away, with a prorated charge for the rest of the month. Remove a module anytime and you keep using it through the end of your current billing cycle, then it comes off your next invoice.
